What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong is a mindful movement and breathing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It harmonizes body, mind, and breath to cultivate vital life energy - known as Qi - and promote balance, strength, relaxed nervous system and inner peace.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing practice rooted in Japanese tradition. It works by channeling universal life force energy to release tension, clear stagnant or dense energies, and restore balance. Through energetic connection, Reiki invites pure, healing energy to flow freely through the body, bringing deep relaxation, renewal, and harmony, and bringing the chakra system in balance.

What to bring & how to prepare ?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We’ll practice barefoot to support grounding and connection with the earth.

You may simply use the floor, or bring a yoga mat or small carpet if you prefer a softer surface.

To support the cleansing process, make sure to drink plenty of water before and after the session, helping your body stay hydrated and aiding in energetic purification.
